Refund Policy.
How deposits, cancellations, and refunds work across Vyrade consulting, development, and support engagements.

Overview
Vyrade delivers services — consulting, architecture, development, and support — rather than an off-the-shelf product. This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work across our engagements.
Where a signed proposal or statement of work sets out different terms for a specific engagement, that document takes precedence over this page.
Automation Blueprint
The Automation Blueprint is a fixed-scope engagement that produces a defined deliverable: the process analysis, architecture comparison, cost review, and implementation roadmap.
- If you cancel before we begin work, the fee is refunded in full.
- If you cancel after work has started but before the Blueprint is delivered, we refund the portion of the fee that reflects work not yet performed.
- Once the Blueprint has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, because the deliverable has been produced and handed over.
Automation Build
Build engagements are scoped and quoted individually, and are typically invoiced in stages against agreed milestones.
- Deposits secure our team's availability and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If you cancel mid-engagement, you are charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and any amount paid in advance beyond that is refunded.
- Completed and accepted milestones are not refundable.
If we are unable to deliver an agreed milestone, and cannot remedy that within a reasonable period, we will refund the fees paid for that milestone.
Optimization & Support
Ongoing support is billed for the agreed period. You may cancel ongoing support with the notice period stated in your agreement.
Fees for a period already served are not refundable. Fees paid in advance for a period that has not yet started are refunded on cancellation.
Third-Party Costs
Automation systems often rely on third-party platforms — workflow platforms, AI model providers, hosting, and the APIs of your own tools.
Fees you pay directly to those providers are not refundable by Vyrade, as we do not receive them. Where we have paid such costs on your behalf as part of an engagement, they are non-refundable once incurred.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us with your company name, the engagement in question, and the reason for the request. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time — usually within five business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Our Approach
We would rather fix a problem than process a refund. If an engagement is not going the way you expected, tell us early — in most cases we can adjust the scope, the architecture, or the approach and get it back on track.
