• Information about your business process that you choose to share with us so we can scope or deliver an engagement.

Some automations we design send data to third-party AI providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) in order to classify, extract, reason over, or generate content.

Which provider is used, what data is sent, and whether that data may be retained by the provider are decisions we make with you as part of the architecture. Where a process handles sensitive information, we will say so and recommend an approach accordingly — including approaches that do not use an AI model at all.

We may share personal information with:

• Service providers who help us run our business — for example hosting, email, analytics, and scheduling tools — under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
